Catching Elephant is a theme by Andy Taylor

 

This is one of my favorite songs of all time. When a favorite song of all time gets covered, I get very critical of covers….but I kinda like this one. I don’t think I’ve ever heard a good cover of this song. I take that back since this was originally a Joy Division song. And this may be blasphemy and may reverse any opinion or outlook some of my friends (real or tumblr) may have of me, but I actually prefer the New Order version. That’s just me though.

Want to hear something else SHOCKING? I actually prefer the Ben Folds cover of Golden Slumbers over the Beatles original. WHAAAAAA?! Your mind has been exploded!
